Getting Ready for your services

Pre + Post After care
Hair Removal
Before: Make sure to have at least 2 weeks of hair growth for Brazilian services. Exfoliation prior to your services is recommended. No need to trim we will take care of that for you.
After: Make sure to pick up one of our after care products to help prevent in-growns and to eliminate any you currently have. It is not advised 24 hours after your service to workout, go to the pool, or the beach.
Lash Lift
Before: Come with no make up to your appointment. Make sure you have not been using water proof mascara for at least a week.
After: We do not recommend getting your lashes wet for 24 hours. Including in the shower or in the sauna. *Make sure there is no heat involved* Please wear clear/black mascara everyday. No water proof mascara of any form. No oils around the lashes. This will maintain the results. Our lash serum is also highly recommended to keep your natural lashes nice, strong and long!
Lash Extensions
Before: Come with no makeup. Make sure you haven't been using water proof mascara for at least a week prior to your service. Coffee before your appointment is not advised due to eye jitters.
After: Of course bat your eyes at your lash artist! Make sure to brush them daily with a lash wand. Also washing your lashes everyday with our lash after-care keeps them clean and gunk free. Clean lashes give the best results as well as healthy a lash line. It is ok to get your lashes wet just don't go jumping in a pool within 24 hours of your service.
Brow Lamination/Waxing
Before: Please make sure to not have used Retinols, Salicylic Acid, Acutane, and harsh chemical peels for at least 2 weeks prior to your service. **The above can cause thin skin that can be susceptible to lifting during these brow services** We will not be able to perform a brow lamination or brow service if it hasn't at least 2 weeks.
After: Feel free to resume retinols after a week of your brow services. For brow laminations make sure to stay away from oils and apply a brow gel to hold the shape of the brow.
Policies
Tardiness
We know life doesn't always go as planned. That's why we give a 10 minute grace period on all services. Anything after 10 minutes, there will be a 50% charge for all services booked. Please be advised, this is not transferable to another rebooked service.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
All services require a 48 hour notice if needing to reschedule or cancel. This will protect your time as well as ours. Anything within the 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of all services booked.
Deposits
All deposits are required at the time of booking a service. That way all your beauty service(s) are secured with us. Deposits are non refundable.
